The best experience we had at the hotel. Room and all facilities are top notch. Well located. The personnel of Ramada Plaza are so welcoming and kind natured that you feel pampered. Always ready to help if you need any. A plethora of food as per choices. The GM is a gem. Very down to earth. Thanks to the GM, Guru, Najmi, Dolly, Dinesh and all the staff for making our stay memorable. Without any doubt will come back.

My first stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham in Chennai left a favourable impression overall. Despite its slightly aged appearance, the hotel's central location and friendly staff made for a pleasant experience. The breakfast and buffet dinner options offered a wide variety of delicious choices. However, the in-room televisions had limited channels and were not smart TVs. Their making up the room isn’t regular despite the requests. Nonetheless, Ramada Plaza is a solid option for travellers seeking moderate rates.

We had a free upgrade to a junior suite and it was a very nice and spacious room. Excellent breakfast buffet in the morning and very friendly and helpfull staff. Great thanks to Anamika and Arvind who helped us very well. Dinner at the restaurant on the 1ste floor was excellent! And the rooftop pool is wonderfull. Only thing that wasn't correct was that we had asked for a taxi at the airport two days in advance but when we arrived we had a message that there was no cab available.
